ATA Travel Terms Overview

Public Information And Availability

ATA provides public accommodation discovery, availability checks, property information, and non-binding quote workflows. Availability, pricing, policies, taxes, fees, descriptions, amenities, and images may change and may be corrected at any time before a booking is confirmed through the applicable ATA or host payment workflow.

Quotes And Booking Handoffs

Quotes are reference snapshots and do not hold inventory. Booking holds, reservation requests, and payment steps require traveler verification or an approved traveler handoff. Host-approval bookings are not confirmed until accepted by the host and completed through the applicable payment path.

Hosts, Travelers, And Third-Party Services

Properties, hosts, payment processors, channel managers, and other third-party services may apply their own rules, policies, availability, cancellation terms, taxes, fees, and eligibility requirements. ATA is not responsible for host performance, traveler conduct, third-party outages, payment-provider decisions, or information supplied by properties or external systems.

MCP And Agent Use

Public MCP search and read tools are available for compliant clients subject to rate limits, validation, monitoring, and abuse controls. Clients must not scrape, overload, misrepresent, or bypass traveler approval requirements for booking actions.

No Warranty

ATA is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, complete inventory coverage, exact pricing, or that any quote, availability result, handoff, or booking request will become a confirmed stay.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost bookings, travel disruption, or costs arising from use of ATA, public MCP tools, third-party services, property information, or booking workflows.
